1. Return Timeframe
To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must adhere to the following timeline:
- Notification: You must contact us at contact@tiwizitea.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Return Shipping: The item must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the date you received the delivery.
2. Conditions of Return
To protect the health and safety of our customers, the following conditions apply:
- Sealed Packaging: Due to the consumable nature of tea, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
- Loss in Value: The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition (e.g., damaged master box, broken glass jars, or missing tea tubes). Any such loss will be deducted from the final refund.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Shipping responsibilities are divided into two cases:
- Case 1: Customer Responsibility (Change of Mind) If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong flavor, or no longer need the product, you (the buyer) are responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Case 2: Our Responsibility (Seller Error or Damage) If you receive the wrong item, or if the product arrives damaged or defective, Tiwizi Tea will cover the cost of the return. Please include photos of the issue in your email.
4. How to Start a Return
- Email us: Send your order number and the reason for the return to contact@tiwizitea.com.
- Approval: We will review your request and provide the appropriate return address or a pre-paid label (if Case 2 applies).
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Any tea product where the safety seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
- Gift cards.
